1. The event is organized on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the establishment of the SPCWC (1st July 1995).
2. The Polish Telegraphy Club (SPCWC) is the organizer of its Activity Days. SP2FAP and SP9MDY are the Managers of the Activity Days.
3. The event will be held on all HF bands on the CW mode on 4th-5th July 2026, i.e. on the first weekend after the anniversary, in 4 one-hour rounds: from 05.00 UTC to 06.00 UTC and from 12.00 UTC to 13.00 UTC on Saturday, and from 15.00 UTC to 16.00 UTC and from 18.00 UTC to 19.00 UTC on Sunday.
4a. You will be able to receive a commemorative award for collecting 31 points, assuming that each QSO with a SPCWC member grants 4 points. EU stations are required to collect 16 points, and DX stations – 8 points.
4b. Points:
A QSO of a SPCWC Member (SPCWC MBR) with a SPCWC Non-Member (SPCWC NM) grants 4 points only for the SPCWC NM, and the SPCWC MBR receives 1 point (if the correspondent will send the log for verification). A QSO of a SPCWC MBR with a SPCWC MBR grants 4 points for everyone.
5. Made contacts are scored on individual bands, separately on Saturday and Sunday. You cannot repeat the QSO with a given station on the same band and on the same day.
6a. Exchange: SPCW Members send RST + the membership number, e.g. 599036, others: RST + NM, e.g. 599NM.
6b.Preferred frequencies: 3565, 7030, 10125, 14050, 18080, 21040, 24895, 28040 +/- 5khz.
